Brilliant timelapse video of Calgary

Brilliant timelapse video of Calgary

Chris has been trying out some time-lapse videos using his photography skills. I really love these, they give a whole new insight into Calgary and how frenetic it can be. They are all taken from our balcony on the 32nd floor.

This first one is looking east, towards downtown. The building that is being constructed with the cranes is a new Marriott Hotel that will open in 2019. Chris used 225 photos, taken 3 seconds apart to create this video.

This second one, looking west, is great as it shows the crazy movements of the construction equipment in the building site. This is going to be three very tall apartment buildings, that will probably block our view of the river and mountains! Not good! Chris used 225 photos, taken 3 seconds apart to create this video.

The final one was taken of the moon rising over the downtown buildings. This time he used 335 photos to create the video.
